विषय : -हाल ही में नामांकित जवानों/एयरमैन/नाविकों के लिए सेवा की संशोधित शर्तें और कार्यकाल।

श्रीमान,

मुझे इस मंत्रालय के पत्र सं. एफ.सं. 9(1)/2022/F दिनांक 17 जून, 2022, ऊपर दिए गए विषय पर और यह कहने के लिए कि 01 जनवरी, 2019 के बाद अनुप्रमाणित ओआरएस और 01 जुलाई, 2022 को नाइक या समकक्ष के मूल पद पर पदोन्नत नहीं किया गया है नई अग्निपथ योजना के तहत रखा जाएगा।

2. उपर्युक्त ओआरएस को पांच के पूरा होने के बाद नए सिरे से चयन प्रक्रिया से गुजरना होगा

सेवा के वर्ष। यह ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए कि ओआरएस का केवल 25% ही इसे अगले चरण में बना पाएगा और

इसे नए पायलट प्रोग्राम ट्रेडों के लिए फिर से जमा किया जाएगा, बाकी ओआरएस के अनुसार छुट्टी दे दी जाएगी

'सेवा निधि' के बजाय मौजूदा निर्वहन नीतियां।

3 उपर्युक्त ओआरएस जिन्हें वीरता पुरस्कार/प्रशंसा/समकक्ष से सम्मानित किया जाता है, उन्हें चयन प्रक्रिया में अतिरिक्त महत्व दिया जाना है।

4. डिस्चार्ज होने के लिए चुने जाने वाले ओआरएस को मौद्रिक लाभ प्रदान किया जाना है

भविष्य निधि और प्रोत्साहन, छुट्टी नकदीकरण और समूह बीमा योजना एकमुश्त राशि सहित।

Subject : Revised terms and tenure of service for recently enrolled Jawans/Airmen/Sailors.

Sir,

1. I am directed to refer to this Ministry's letter no. F.No. 9(1)/2022/F dated 17 June, 2022, on the subject sited above and to say that the ORs attested after 01" January, 2019 and not promoted to the substantive rank of Naik or equivalent on 01 July, 2022 are to be kept under the new Agnipath Scheme.

2. The above mentioned ORs are to undergo fresh selection process after their completion of five

years of service. It is to be noted that only 25% of the ORS will be making it to the next stage and the

same will be remustered to new pilot programme trades, Rest of the ORs to be discharged as per

existing discharge policies instead of 'Seva Nidhi'.

3 The above mentioned ORS who are awarded with gallantry awards/commendations/equivalent are to be given extra weightage in the selection process.

4. ORS that will be shortlisted to get discharged are to be provided with monetary benefits

including Provident Fund and Incentives, Leave Encashment and Group Insurance Scheme Lump sum.
