education for minority and sachedule casts minority is not illitrate but they have not well knowledge of Hindi or English . I am a Muslim and know clearly that every Muslim have specific knowledge of Urdu and Arabic in basic way.but sc n st have no litracy or any education due to social beined. so in India there is more need to education of both Muslim and sc/st to provide the nations main stream. If we need to develop India we can't ignore these pillars of social system . there is no need to provede too much fund n other only develop Madarsa as indian education system . Give them recomendetion as an university or collage . develop there some skill based programme .it will be more benificient for india and its future.
About this system of maqtab madarsa government should not have to invest money. They should easy the process of establing them in a large number.
