Before to write some hard and unfair word need to say a sanskrit quote "सत्यं गुरयात,प्रियं गुरयात अप्रियं सत्यं नानृतं गुरयात". Say truth,say melodious but never say unpleasant truth.

My dearest and nearest letest social workers says some word for own community leaders or persons Named specialy quotes in Hindi "Jumman" "Dari Bichhau" or "chicha" Words.

These words didn't hearts me but not okey for next generation and other who listens us carefully.

Here I would reffer a word "Jumman".

I feel proud that I am also a "Jumman".

Because jumman word is basically offerer of Juma. Meaning of Juma word is To be collect Once in a preferred certain place every week. 

Here is a moto to be collected that you may went here and there globally but have to come to conversation about your gain and loss in last 7 days and should make some plans for a week. Here we ask every one is there all is well or someone seek our care due to illness or due to other couse.

This is mandatory for every person any how to be there if all is well either we asks his naighbourhood about some thing went wrong.

Jumman is a person who offers pray to God to forgive there mistook done by him and to make successes in any business,work or goal.  

This is a missionary program till Qayamat. If I offered my Juma Namaz I am Jumman.

Are you Jumman or Not if yes God bless you Nauzbillah if not please Be a jumman on next Juma.

So please don't spoil this word Jumman.
